Excellent food and very comfortable to sit on. Highly recommended.

Great ambience in a restaurant absolutely to be recommended. The food was delicious with attention to detail, the operators and staff exceptionally friendly and you soon feel at home. The vinotheque in an old adjoining building in the courtyard invites you to linger and in summer or autumn the guest garden is a nice place to end your evenings comfortably.

The junior boss had during our visit probably having a bad day. Very rude and the lousy food has Mood even more clouded. I thought, after a year they try again, but unfortunately we were seriously disappointed again.

A beautiful inn with a great atmosphere. Very nice garden. The food tasted really good. Top priced, for the rather large and stylishly presented dishes. The staff is very polite and always eager to please. With one word: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Beautiful inner courtyard with great decoration, the food is really exquisite, the service is very hard-working and friendly, and the sanitary rooms (ladies) are very modern and tastefully decorated.

We discovered the Golden Deer in January 2019. Come here every 14 days and drive 100 km. Everything is just great. The food is always delicious, the service is great and the atmosphere is wonderful. Those who are prone to enjoyment will be very happy here. We always look forward to being pampered with culinary delights here

At the end of May I reserved a table for 25 people for the christening of our son (for August 9th) where I was promised. 10 days before the baptism date, I got a call from the owner of the restaurant. I canceled it spontaneously and cheekily, they forgot that they were having a wedding with 150 people and that the restaurant was therefore closed. Please call another restaurant and ask if you have anything free. Conclusion: That has never happened to me, I find something like that under every pig! What a shame, we will not visit the golden deer again and I will pass this incident on to all my friends and relatives.

The live music on Wednesday is always great. There is always a slimmed down menu and the service is also ok. On the other days you sometimes have to wait a long time for your orders. The best example is the waiting time of over 45 minutes for a dessert. The food itself is a smooth 1. But unfortunately only 3 stars due to the poor service.

You sit in a cozy courtyard with pretty flower decoration. Everything was very tasteful. It's a relaxed atmosphere and the food was good too. We will be back!

Good food and good service. Quite popular so need to book or go early to get a good table.

Really nice little restaurant that serves traditional Austrian food and specialties. The quality of the individual servings was great. The five star rating comes from the fact that they also serve a descent black coffee and the desserts where also delicious. One can also sit outside in the inner yard (first picture) in the summer. Definitely a recommendation!!!
